Dear Parents,

In order to ensure the utmost efficiency, security and saengineeringy of your child, we kindly request your co-operation within the following important areas. 

Please label all your children belongings with name & class, if not the school administration can't guarantee efficiency in finding lost items.

A written correspondence booklet that allows communication between parents and teachers on a daily basis.
Messages from the school shall be posted in the Daily Express.
The H.W. will be written in the Daily Express kindly sign it & supervise the appropriately dated H.W.
The Daily Express is to be in your child's bag daily, Homework & books must be in the student's bag daily in accordance with the daily schedule.
Please send it with the bus matron if he/ she is absent in order to follow up the H.W.

Please Note that teachers are not allowed to give their telephone number for any reason.

3-In case of emergency:

Please feel free to call or contact the School Principal without any appointment.

5-Canteen :

• Kindly provide your child with a water bottle everyday.
• Kindly ensure that you provide your child with good & healthy school meals daily (Sandwiches & healthy snack).
  
• Provide your child with a reasonable pocket money if you want him to buy from the canteen.
• Make sure not to give him/ her large sum of money.
• Chewing gum is not permitted at any time.
• Please notify class teacher if your child has allergies from certain foods.

6-Uniform :

Students must wear school uniform of P.E. uniform in accordance with the daily Schedules.
No accessories, jewelry, nail polish are allowed

7-Absence :

In case of absence more than 2 days, a written excuse signed by the parents or family doctor should be presented to school principal. A sick report is required from a relevant doctor must be handed in to the school principal in case of absence during monthly exams.

8-Students' Conduct :
Students are expected to adhere to all school rules.

• Mobile phones MP3s, CD players, Toys, games...etc. are strictly not allowed.
• English must be spoken during school day except during Arabic, Religion & Social Studies classes.
• Students must keep classes clean & tidy and not damage school equipment or furniture.
• NO writing on walls or desks.
• Quiet & discipline are required when using the stairs & during the break.
• Don't leave the class during the lessons unless necessary.
• Misbehaving with classmates is not allowed.
• Attending the line after the break is a must.
• Homework has to be done daily.
• Students must not be absent from school without an acceptable reason.

9-Monthly report :

Monthly report should be given bock to class teacher on time, after being signed from parents.
